Get Tire Pressure and Ballast Right

Maple Lane held a Fendt customer event back on February 9, 2017. It was an opportunity for some of our newest Fendt operators to get some in-depth training to help them get the most out of their tractor.  Abner Wideman presented this talk titled ‘Fendt 1000 Series: Getting Ballast and Tire Pressure Right’.  He talks about the relationship between traction and weight, and how proper pressure of the tires relates to compaction.  An enormous advantage of the new Fendt 1000 series is seen in its ability to be flexible with both weight and tire pressure.
