Online Shopping Return & Exchange Policy

If youโ€™re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your item for a refund or arrange for an exchange for a different item.

Returns

If you would like to return any items you ordered, we will refund you to your original payment method with the following conditions:

  • You must begin the return process within 30 days of submitting your order.
  • You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning any items.
  • Items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.
  • Items must have no visible signs of wear or use and be in working order.
  • A 15% restocking fee for all items will be applied.

Exchanges

If the item you ordered is damaged or defective upon delivery, we want to make it right. We will arrange a refund, return or exchange at no cost.

If the item you ordered is not the right fit, we want to help you get the correct item.

  • You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning any items.
  • Items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.
  • Items must have no visible signs of wear or use and be in working order.
  • Any difference in item cost and return shipping expense will be settled with you before we ship your replacement.

Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Message us with your order ID and a description of your problem
  2. Please wait to send your items until you have heard back from us and we have together reached a plan of resolution.
  3. Safely package your items and return to:

Additional Information

  • Purchases made online can be returned or exchanged at our store.  This policy applies in these cases as well, but no shipping costs will be incurred.
  • We try to respond to inquiries within 2 business days and will complete the refund or exchange as quickly as possible upon receiving your item.
  • Please contact us if your package has not arrived in the quoted time frame and we will do our best to investigate and resolve the issue.
  • Once the shipment has left our facility any carrier delays are unfortunately outside of our control.
